Panther for Ostpak (CustomB)

Adding new 3d wheels and rolling gear for the Panther in Ostpak, I have nearly finished all vehicles in this folder.

Now I have all the chassis complete, it is just a case of importing the new 3D parts to the models.

 Re rigging as I have a different naming order.

Remaking the suspension arms, also created the suspension boxes as the previous model was without due to the old poly limit I suspect.
